About Dave Crisp

Dave Crisp began his role as a coach in 1991, having been deeply involved with personal development since 1984.

He made coaching his full-time career in 2004, deciding that his true vocation was to dedicate his skills, experience, training and academic background to help other people and businesses achieve their full potential.

Now with a large list of very satisfied clients in both business and personal coaching, Dave has recently shared his expertise by working with the Welsh Assembly Government to help implement best practice and strategy in the coaching and mentoring sector in Wales.

As well as running a successful business of his own for ten years, Dave is a highly experienced Senior Manager, Business Analyst and a qualified Psychotherapist.

He has been the Managing Director of an internationally renowned NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) training organisation and holds NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer certificates.

He has helped many people, small businesses and large organisations, and has in depth knowledge and experience in Training, IT, Payroll, Retail and Distribution, Marketing, Print and Design, Supporting & Managing Change, among other areas.

Dave sees personal coaching as equally important as business coaching,

"Sometimes we all need just a little help to focus on and reach our goals and to believe that we are as powerful and full of potential as we actually are."

"We are all individuals and whether or not we have a business to run, or a job to do, we all face daily challenges and hit our own personal brick walls. It's my job to help people deal with those brick walls in ways most appropriate to their circumstances. Whether it’s to: knock down the wall, dismantle it brick by brick, get over it, go round it, tunnel under it, shrink it, transform it, use it as a stepping stone or just putting in a window - I’m sure my coaching will help".

He says "I am passionately committed to the development and empowerment of people. Throughout my career I have worked with so many people and businesses, helping them realise their personal and professional goals. I thrive on the empowerment and success of my clients, and seeing them achieve their full potential".
