These questionnaires are multiple-choice, rating scale and/or Yes/No. You should be able to complete each one in less than 5 minutes.

A – Coaching

Am I Ready for Coaching? Check to see if you want coaching.

 

B – Review your Management Skills

Stress Management: We are all stressed to some degree – how well you are coping with the stress?

Conflict Management:  Are you good at diffusing employee tensions, managing conflict, negotiating difficult situations, and easing hostility in employees or customers?

Delegation and Empowerment: How strong is your delegation skills? Have you areas you may need to work on?

 

C – Check your Leadership Rating

Leadership potential: There are several keys to strong leadership abilities. Many are not so obvious. How strong is the leader in you?

Inspiration and Influence: Do you have what it takes to really inspire and motivate others?

The Executives MOT: A fun way to review your abilities and skills

 

D – How  are you at running a Business

Selling skills:  How strong are your sales skills?

The right market:  Are you well underway with your target market identification?  Should you do some re-thinking?.

Entrepreneurship: Do you have the personality and behaviours of a “born entrepreneur”.

Focused for success: How focused are you and your business?

A good financial plan: how strong is your financial planning currently? Do you need to update or review? Do you need assistance?

 

E– What state is your self-knowledge

Self-actualisation: Are you likely to be more or less self actualised? Where on the Maslow hierarchy of needs are you currently focused?

Self motivation: Are you are likely to be someone who does better with internal or external motivators and rewards?

Self-image: Do you have a positive body image?

Self-awareness:  Do you know your identity and your direction in life?

Self assured v self-absorbed: How do others see you? Does it looks like confidence or does it looks like too much ego?.

 

 F – Thinking about General life issues

Time for a change: Is your life currently stable and/or ready to make that big change?

Primary relationship: What is the strength of your current primary relationship?

Life balance:  Take a look at your balance between work, family, friends, activities, exercise and personal time alone.

 

 G– How is your Career progressing

Job satisfaction: Check to see if you are on the right track with your career.

Self-employment: Are you better suited to entrepreneurship or a stable job right now?
