Sometimes it is difficult to do this by oneself and the help of a coach can enable
a swift change to a more positive use of language. Click here to arrange an introductory

All of us affect, in one way or another, ourselves and the people we meet. This mainly
happens on a subconscious level, through thoughts, feelings, and body language. These
are reflected in the words we choose to use.
Most people like to be around positive people and avoid negative ones. People are
more disposed to help us if we are positive, and they will dislike and avoid negativity.
Negative thoughts and attitude, signified by the words we use bring up negative and
unhappy moods and actions. When the mind is negative it is suspected (see this link)
that poisons are released into the blood, which will only cause more unhappiness
and negativity. This is the downward spiral to failure, frustration, disappointment
and dis-ease. However a positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful
outcome of every situation and action.
The subconscious can be difficult to change, but it’s possible to notice the words
that we use and to become aware of the impact they are having on ourselves and others.
Some words in everyday use are just not helping us to be happier, more effective
or more successful. Luckily it is possible to alter this quite easily. Here are some
examples to listen out for. Once you notice them you have the option to change them
as you wish. It’s your choice.
