How We Work

At Crisp Coaching & Consultancy, we don’t just want to be your Coach –

We want you to get the most value possible out of your coaching experience, and as a result to gain the most you can from your life and business.

Our relationships with all of our clients are based on mutual respect, trust and understanding.

Our aim is to help you achieve your own unlimited potential.

How we will work together as coach and client:

All of your coaching sessions are completely confidential. We won’t discuss anything that you wish to keep private, or share any of your information with anyone.
Your Coach’s role is to respond to your needs and agenda, not to impose an agenda onto you.
Your Coach will encourage you to take responsibility for and control of your own development.
We will be open and honest with one another as Coach and Client, and develop a relationship based on trust and respect.
Your Coach is here to meet your needs, and will advise you to gain support elsewhere if it is felt you could benefit from different skills or expertise.
Your Coach, and entire coaching experience is here for you to achieve the things you want to achieve, and for us to simply help you do it.
